Pick-up Policy
1. Pick-Up Availability
• Pick-up service is available in selected cities/areas.
• Customers must provide a complete and accurate address for pick-up.
• Pick-ups are scheduled within 24–72 hours of order confirmation (subject to slot availability).
2. Minimum Quantity for Pick-Up
• A minimum of __ kg of clothes is required for free pick-up.
• For smaller quantities, customers may:
• Drop items at our collection point, OR
• Request paid pick-up (charges apply).
3. Packaging of Clothes
• Clothes must be packed in a clean bag/box before pick-up.
• Wet, soiled, or unclean clothes will not be accepted.
• Please separate rejected/damaged clothes if you don’t want them included.
4. Inspection at Pick-Up
• Our staff may check the clothes during collection for eligibility.
• If items are not as per policy (excessively faded, torn, or damaged), they may be rejected on the spot.
5. Missed Pick-Ups
• If the customer is unavailable during the scheduled time, a re-schedule can be arranged.
• After two failed attempts, the request may be cancelled.
6. Safety & Responsibility
• Our pick-up staff will carry valid ID proof.
• Customers are advised to handover clothes only to authorized staff.
• We are not responsible for items mistakenly handed over that were not intended for sale.
