Terms & Conditions – Sell Old Clothes for Cash

By selling your clothes to Recloths.com, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility of Clothes
   •    Clothes must be in good wearable condition.
   •    Items should not be excessively faded, torn, or damaged.
   •    Clothes must be clean and odor-free.

2. Inspection & Approval
   •    All clothes will be inspected after pickup/delivery.
   •    We reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet our quality standards.
   •    Rejected items will either:
   •    Be returned to the seller (if requested, shipping charges may apply), or
   •    Be responsibly recycled/donated.

3. Payment
   •    Payment will be based on the final approved weight/condition of the clothes.
   •    Current payout rate: ₹_120__ per kg (subject to change).
   •    Payments are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

4. No Refunds
   •    Once payment is made, the transaction is final and non-refundable.
   •    Sellers cannot cancel or request items back after payment has been processed.

5. Change of Mind
   •    If you change your mind before pickup, you must inform us immediately.
   •    After pickup/inspection, cancellation is not possible.

6. Disputes
   •    Any disputes regarding weight, condition, or payment must be raised within 48 hours of payout notification.
   •    Our decision after re-verification will be final and binding.

7. Legal & Compliance
   •    By using this service, you confirm that the clothes sold belong to you and are not stolen or illegally obtained.
   •    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
